Chapter members and donors to have a deeper and more nuanced understanding of the unique challenges entrepreneurs face when launching and scaling a startup in East and West Africa such that they:
- Empathize with the journey these entrepreneurs have to go through to make systemic social change. It’s not easy, but it’s rewarding.
- Approach KFs to learn more about them and connect with them
- Know what talents needs are most required by these ventures and proactively identify candidates in their chapters to be JFs for future rounds
- Know what kinds of questions to ask when deciding whether to support a venture or not
