Arlene Williams moved to Toronto over ten years ago to learn about social change, and is still learning. With over 15 years of experience working in the higher education sector, she brings a strong background in strategic action, communications, and policy and program development. She believes that good intentions, honest conversations and vulnerability are crucial to making progress and to living a good life. Also, red wine, chocolate and poetry. Arlene holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Culture from York University/Ryerson University, is currently pursuing a coaching certification, and thinks work is fun.
